Vendors can’t upload product pictures

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Are you getting any sort of error while uploading new images? If yes, then please share the error message so that we can identify the possible cause. Also, make sure you have the right uploading permission for the folders.

Another possible reason could be the plugin/theme conflict. In order to check if the issue related to conflict or not you need to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Dokan then try again. If the issue remains then kindly change your current theme and try one more time. Let us know if that helped.

I’m running a pretty basic site right now. Using theme twenty-two and only woo commerce with dokan . no errors. Basically when the user clicks to add photos to products it doesn’t have a tab or link to upload the new media into the users library.

All files are currently 755

The only test remains is plugin conflict. Please deactivate the third-party plugin (temporarily ) except for WooCommerce and Dokan and check the result. In case the issue remains let us know. Unless the issue is related to any conflict, we are here to help ??

Every plugin is deactivated except woocommerce , woocommerce admin and dokan.still the same issue.

When i give vendor the rights of admin, he/she can upload the product images but when a vendor tries to upload the product picture without admin rights, the error occurs. It says “An error occurred in the upload, please try again later”

I have discussed with the developer and they have identified the issue. They will make some changes on the next update to fix the issue.

I would be happy to share the fix right now but it seems the changes are too complex to share independently.
