Instagram Feed has stopped working

  • Hi Smash Balloon,

    My instagram feed used to work, but hasn’t for a while. I’ve tried reconnecting it this evening with some help from a Word Press support person.

    The connection now seems okay, but the feed isn’t displaying.

    Can you please help me to get this working?

    Hey Toria,

    It looks like something strange is saved as the User ID for your feed. You could try going to the Instagram Feed Settings page and reconnecting your account. First click the big blue button and then once the account is connected, click the button to add it to your primary feed.

    You could also try entering the user name of your account in the shortcode:

    [instagram-feed user=”MY USERNAME”]
