time is not exact, (hour off)

our client noticed me that the timing is 1 hour off.
I doublechecked and the time settings on the countdown clock, as well as the time zone on wordpress settings page are correct.
is there another thing I oversee? Or I might change the hour one hour to correct this?
(notice: i read the hidden countdown clock and paste them into my own view, but the time on both is the same, i’ve checked)
