Store’s “Browse by Categories” Missing

Hello, I recently developed majority of my website, however there was one error that popped up while trying to develop the store page of the website. The link most below is the the main store page. Basically, if you open up to the main store page (only by clicking store on the main header), there would not be a side bar that provides you the options to browse through category. The second link I posted shows an example of the side bar (Browse through category) that I need, but it could only be accessed only when clicking on the sub-categories of the store page (seen only when hovering over “Store” through the main header). I understand how to implement the side bar for those sub-category pages of the store but not on the main page. Do you guys have any ideas what could be done?
P.S. I use the Astra theme if that clears up anything.
