Change RSS Feed Image Links

When I make posts and add a gallery to them I set the thumbnails to link to the image directly (not a page), and then they open in Lightbox 2. However, in my feed, the thumbnails link to the attachment page, and not the image file. Is there any way I can change this?? Thanks!
