403 error

  • Hi, I would like to change the settings of my notification bar, but every time I try to save my changes I get an 403 error;

    403
    Forbidden

    Access to this resource on the server is denied!

    I am logged in as administrator, and I am the only administrator of my site.

    Any idea why this happens??
