Product image gone after updating user

    Hello,

    I removed an user and now the product image is gone, and showing a placeholder instead

    What could be causing this problem? The images are also removed from Media, and this happned only with certain products, not all of them.

    Hi there!

    Apologies for the late reply, but could you clarify exactly what happened?

    Did you remove a user/customer account from the site and that resulted in certain product images to be removed from the site?

    Could you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
