When Yoast (any version but I’m currently using 13.0) is active I don’t have access to Appearance > Customize. All it shows is the widget option. When I deactivate Yoast I can see all the options: active theme, site identity, menus, widgets, homepage settings, woo-commerce, additional CSS, etc.
I have tried older versions of Yoast with the same results and I have tried deactivating and activating all plugins, Yoast is the only one that is not working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Update: I just discovered that it’s also blocking me from changing, viewing, or editing themes. At this point, I’m going to say it’s affecting all the Appearance options.

    Hi,
I have the same problem. I can′t add/change the titles and descriptions, because it’s not showing this options.

@blakeestep If you have already confirmed that both Yoast SEO and WordPress are up to date and the issue with you being unable to access the Appearance>Customize area in WordPress is still occurring, we would next recommend performing a conflict check to determine whether another plugin or theme is interfering with the Yoast plugin. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

Thank you for your help and response. After testing it looks like the custom theme we have been using is not playing nice with Yoast and/or vice versa.?Either way, it looks like we need to change themes, or figure out how to make the current one work.
    Thanks again.

    Thanks for the update @blakeestep!

We are glad to know you were able to find the conflicting theme.

    We’re marking this as resolved.
