Issues with Properly Sized Images

So I’ve been having major optimization problems with images and downloaded Smush and ran the full cycle.

But I seem to seem to have some image size issues.

I ran this test:

And even after running Smush on all image, it’s coming back with a bunch of Errors still for Properly Sized Images

I even tried resizing/scale the image in the WordPress Media Library to a much smaller image of 250px from 1200px to try & help reduce the file size. But now that image is just coming out super blurry now where it populates on my website:

Is this because Smush is still smushing & optimizing the image after I’ve re-sized it down to 250px?

Any ideas & help on getting these image optimization errors cleared up is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!
