  • Well, that’s your sidebar. A lot of the time with themes, if you put widgets in there from the appearance section, the default stuff goes away.

    So if you want nothing there, put an empty text widget there.

    If that doesn’t work you may have to delete some things from your sidebar.php file in your theme

    the sidebar.php file isn’t referring to the left sidebar where my site navigation is? it’s only referring to the sidebar on my post listings page?

    I cant actually tell what is in your sidebar.php from your source code…. would need to see it

    well i removed the whole thing so all that’s left in the file sidebar.php is

    <div id="extras">

    </div>

    that seemed to work. thanks. however, now it appears the posts only stretch don’t stretch into that 2″ space thats no longer occupied by the sidebar.

    i looked in my stylesheet and there doesn’t appear to be any width setting for .post so how come it doesn’t expand to the width of whatever div it’s in?

    thanks!

    your content in css has a right margin of 155px

    I think thats whats doing it…take it down to like 10 or 20 and see what happens
