Bug – price based on user role

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately the prices in our shop disappear completely for the specific user roles when I activate “Price based on user role”. The price and add to cart is replaced by “more information”.

    What is wrong? How to fix?

  • Hi Robert,

    Could you check if the user role price multipliers are not empty or set to 0? If they aren’t, could you share your module settings?

    After turning on the module I get the same result – after logging in to the shop as a member with a role with assigned multiplier I cannot see the prices.

    Price based on User Role
    [X] Enable Module
    Role name 0,85 [x]
