Maybe you have other caching plugins that interfering with my plugin.

I have not tested. Try to clear the cache and see if it’s working.
If not, I will investigate this further.
In general, it’s not recommended to use more than one caching plugin.

It seems that “hit, refreshed” is a success header, which I’m now getting!
