Can’t Adjust Time Zone

    Hi,

    I’ve tried to adjust the ‘iCal timezone difference vs server time:’ parameter. No matter what I put in, the plugin defaults to ‘-23 Hours’.

    At 9:36 am on January 29 in Vietnam – where I live, this is the server time: ‘Current server time is 2020-01-29 02:36’ It’s UK time.

    It seems to me that the correct parameter would be +7 hours.

    Is that correct?

    How do I adjust the time when the plugin keeps defaulting to -23 hours?

    I’m going to be targeting customers from different time zones. Will they see my available times correctly for their time zone or do they just see my time zone?

    Hi,

    Please update to the latest version published today to fix the issue with the settings field that keeps defaulting to -23 hours.

    Note that the ‘iCal timezone difference vs server time:’ affects only the time in the exported iCal files. The iCal link is the one remarked in the following image:

    In addition to that, if you are referring to automatic time conversion for the time slots in the public calendar please note that it is a commercial feature. We’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.
