After Subscribe get message “Array” to appear

    When I test my form it waits a few seconds then you see
    just Array under the Subscribe button.

    I can’t find what is causing that or any posts about it.

    The debug log says that the email was already subscribed.

    Related question: if error like “Email already subscribed” occurs
    how do we make that appear to the user so they can see it?

    First make sure the plugin is fully up to date. Then please go to MailChimp for WP > Form > Messages and change all the messages to something else (just add a letter for example), save it, and then change it back to what you want again.

    Lap,
    OK that worked. When I sent to Form > Messages every message was set to just “Array”. Not sure why. I put in messages that all make sense and it is now working.
