I installed version 2.0 of the plugin. Testing the functionality, all works well EXCEPT that the new Moodle account email is not sent.

    I note the following:
    – there is no New Moodle Account in the list of emails in WooCommerce
    – there is no file new-account.php in wp-content/plugins/moowoodle/templates/emails or in wp-content/plugins/moowoodle/templates/emails/plain (although there is the template for new-enrollment.php in those directories)

    The WooCommerce version is 3.9.0
    The WordPress version is 5.3.2
The Moodle version is 3.7.2+ (Build: 20190920)

During the upgrade of the plugin there were no apparent error messages.

Thanks for reporting the issue, we released an update yesterday (2.0.1). Can you please check the same.

After upgrading to 2.0.1 the situation is worse. Not only is the email mentioned above not delivered, but the New Course Enrollment email is not sent either and, worst of all, the account is not created in Moodle.

I rolled back to version 1.3.0, which works fine. Please ask me for whatever additional diagnostic information you might need in order to fix the problem.

All the issues have been resolved with the latest update. We also have added the bulk purchase feature with it. The username and password will also be emailed to the user after a successful purchase. We have also added a link to our Moodle-based plugin for auto-enrolment.

I sincerely, apologize for the delay in response. We redeveloped the plugin for better user experience.

    Thank you.

Sorry, upgrading to version 2.1 has made no change at all.
    – There is still no “New Moodle Account” email in the WooCommerce settings for Emails
    – Although the purchase of a new course enrollment completes in WooCommerce without any error messages, no account is created in Moodle
    – No email is sent to the purchaser with the Moodle account credentials

I double-checked configurations on both the WordPress and Moodle sides – no issue there.
Once again, the creation of new accounts on Moodle works fine with version 1.3 of the plugin.

After the users receive the order-complete email, they need to click the link of the course or courses that they bought (Please click this link)

It will then create and enroll the users in their courses.

They can then access the courses using the username and password sent via email.

    Thank you.

We will try to simplify the whole process a lot more convenient in our next relaese. Thanks for your valuable feedbacks.

    Please bear with us.

    Thank you.

May I suggest that you get some beta testers with whom you closely collaborate before you release the next version. Many people seem to have problems, but you never seem to investigate their particular cases.
