Organization Rich Snippet

On my site, I review online ESL companies based in China. I am scoring each of them and letting my viewers do the same (overall and visitor votes). I would like to use the Rich Snippet type: “Organization”. I feel like this best matches a review for an online English teaching company.

1. How can I add Organization as the rich snippet type?

2. Or, would you recommend using the “Local Business” snippet? Most of the companies I review are based in China… I’m not sure if that count’s as “Local”.
