• I cannot understand it i just install a to commentator plugin widget and m\now everytime i access my dashboard or my blog this is what i got “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ns_substr_ellipse() (previously declared in /home/thefree/public_html/wp-content/plugins/show_top_commentators/show_top_commentators.php:33) in /home/thefree/public_html/wp-content/plugins/top-commentators-widget/topcommentators_widget.php on line 21″now i cannot even access my blog url i got the same message please help me to restore my blog !!!

    If you have FTP access to your domain, find the folder /wp-content/plugins/ in your WP installation. Find the folder for the commentator plugin and either delete it or else move it up one level to /wp-content/
    where WP will not find it. Once you have moved or deleted that folder you should regain access to your blog.

    If you don’t have FTP access you can do the same by logging into your webhosting control panel and using its file manager.

    I also have the same problem, what if I don’t have my FTP access and I don’t know the wbhosting control panel? where can I check for it?
