[Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] Change the order of input

Thanks for very useful plugin.

I’d like to change the first input field “name” to “first name” and add “last name”. But I noticed it’s added after Email input, and couldn’t find a way to change the order. Is it possible to move the extra field (last name in this case) before email? Thanks.
