Total Revenue is including the values of Trashed orders

    Hello,

    I am unable to get the analytics to display correct amounts for orders due to a problem that I think is related to my trashed orders. I use a tool to combine orders from same customers and I believe whats happening here is that after combining the orders the system will think that 2 combined $500 orders is now 2 completed $500 orders and then 1 new order for $1000. So it thinks we made $2000 in sales when really it was only $1000. After the orders are combined, the 2 old orders are trashed. The plugin I use to combine orders is called Order Splitter. I checked in settings and it doesn’t show an option to disable Trashed order totals. I’m not sure if thats what’s happening here, but wondering if I can get some help.

    @remymedranda Thanks for contacting us. I just tested trashing an order through the dashboard and when trashed that way it is removed from the Analytics data.

    Could you contact Order Splitter support and ask if they are calling the save_post hook when trashing the orders?

    I can’t contact that developer. long story. I did search his plugin files and in functions.php and wcospro.php found save_post and mentions of trash. Can I share the plugin with you to see if you can look into the files further?

    It is not something we can look at (a 3rd party plugin) but you might be able to get a different developer at https://woocommerce.com/customizations to take a look at this.
