PHP warning: URL campaign parameters

    Thank you for sharing this extension.

    I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I’m getting a PHP warning in the error_log related to URL campaign parameters being sent in a referer-page field, I think.

    I’m getting the form results in Google Sheets.
