Avatars and cover images

Hello,

I cannot download avatars or cover images.

The avatar gives me a message “The minimum resolution of the profile photo is 100 x 100 pixels” and I load an image of 200px X 200px for a weight of 7 kb.

The cover image loads endless yet it is only 38kb with a dimension of 1200 X 300px.

I have configured the loading of images in the wordpress library here: / wp-content / uploads /
It works because I modified the image of the landing page without problem (it is also good in the library)

I would like you to help me before I invest in additional extensions, one essential for groups.
