How to display payment method on my account order

Hi @juniortopanotti! The payment method should be shown on the order page. That is the row that says “método de pagamento” in your screenshots. Did you have something else in mind?

Hi @apmwebdev, thanks for repply. The row that says “método de pagamento” is from order e-mail sent to user. But when user access My Account > Orders > “Order #xxxx” this row doesnt show. I need to know how to make this row visible in orders info of user dashboards.

Hi @juniortopanotti, thanks for clarifying. In theory, that row should also show on the orders page when accessed from the My Account section. It’s possible that there is something in your theme that is suppressing this, although that seems somewhat unlikely. Just to definitively rule this out, though, could you use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to test a default theme on your site (it would only show for you) and see if the row shows up in the orders page on My Account when using a default theme?

If that doesn’t work, could you also try with all plugins except for WooCommerce and your payment gateway disabled? (Again, using the Health Check plugin, these would only be disabled for you, not other users on your site.)
