Here is problem text: website problem

Site appearance is not right on some government PC computers but all sites look fine on these same exact gov PCs. The govt computers block certain sites, blogs and social media but our site is none of those. The site is loading but the home page rotating banner is no where to be found and the drawdown menus are converted into some odd column. (see below)

Some type of issue when you combine our site with most govt computer. These PCs works fine with many sites. PCs have Microsoft OS with Intel chips.

Our site looks fine everywhere including mobile.,

Our wordpress site has a rotating banner on top. Site is one of the Monster Template themes.

Not sure what causes this problem. Note that the social links on bottom of home page have been reddened out by govt PC (not sure if that is a clue) .

Bad appearance screen shots here in next 6 shots .

Here is link to site that is working fine except as detailed above.

  • This does not appear to be a WordPress issue. You have provided a blogspot.com link. Blogspot and WordPress are not the same.

The problem is not at blogspot site…..as explained. Its at wordpress website, see link

OK, but then I am confused as to why you provided the blogspot link at all…

Nonetheless if a website displays fine everywhere except a some computers then the problem lies with those computers. What web browsers are those computers using? Are they blocking javascript or certain website behaviors? That is not a WordPress problem. Perhaps your problem lies with the banner rotation code. Is that a plugin? Perhaps your problem lies with you site theme? If you have plugin or theme problems then you are best served by going to their respective support sites.

Your statement that these government PCs are running Microsoft OS and have Intel chips is irrelevant. You should be looking at the browsers and other computer settings that may be blocking certain features of your website.

I’m sorry if I sound harsh but I just don’t believe your issues are caused by the core WordPress software. Plugins and themes have their own support community. Please direct those issues to their respective resources.

Have you tried using the developer tools of the browser(s) on the problem computers to determine if there are any errors?

Thanks. I used the blog to post pictures of the problems screen captures off a govt PC.

Because I cannot link anyone to the problem PC (govt access only) .

Did you see the pictures of what the site looks like on a govt pc compared to a non -govt PC ?. The link to good site are in the blog post.

In my opinion there are clues there to where the issue lies if you look that should guide me closer.

    Take a look please .
