    Since couple of days, I am not able to make a new scan, it always says that the scan has failed to start. I followed all the steps ho to solve this problem, but unfortunately, nothing helped.

    Please help.

    Are you able to share the URL?

    Have you updated or added any new software lately? If so, it’s possible it created a conflict. Can you try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

    Unfortunately, I’m not able to view this link.

    Have you had a chance to disable all other plugins to rule out a conflict?

    Have you whitelisted this IP range?

    If that doesn’t help, can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your www.remarpro.com username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

    I did not whitelist the IP. I just sent you the report via email. I was not able to add my www.remarpro.com username there. Where can I do that?
