Klarna problems

Hey there we have a lot of people where pay with klarna pay later – the status goes to payment pending. And in Mollie Dashboard i see open for 2 days? Do we have to act here?
The other question if the customer uses Klarna Pay Later and cancels or is not approved – is there any way to get the customer to pay? We work with Germanized
