Header logo becomes very small when scrolling

Hi, I am using Rife Free and I have uploaded my logo with text as a .png file into the header, however, I am unable to scale it well. After tweaking the height to 60px and desktop max-width to 242 I managed to get it “as big as it allows me without weird placement”.
The problem is that when I scroll down the header animates and logo becomes very small and unreadable. Menu tabs scale nicely and are readable at all times.

How can I adjust it?
Can I have a picture logo on a header that stays in the same position/scale even when scrolling the page?
