Deactivate spinner after click on Submit

Hi,

Thanks for the fantastic plugin!

When clicking on Submit, a small loading spinner appears. On a green background it does not look good. Also it pushes the Submit button to the left which looks amateur.

Would there be a way to deactivate the spinner for such cases with some JS?
