    Leave only Download and Preview

    Please advise

    Thanks,

Hi Bro, Thanks for support. I mean, How to remove Field Download, Other version, Description or any field at Dropdown file option. Many thanks

that is the way you do it, the dropdown menu is linked to the table.

That is not correct. I have only 3 items in the list selected but the dropdown has more items

How to manage what shows up in this dropdown

    Thanks,

    Perfect! Thanks for your help.

Hi Bro, How to allow end-user only preview but not download? Because if uncheck Downloadable by non-users when click preview systems popup: Preview is not available for this file.

you can’t do that, if a user can preview a document they can download it. Its not a mDocs thing its an internet thing.
