    Hi

Following a problem about 3 weeks ago, I inserted the strings listed at the page below:

    https://wp-pdf.com/kb/using-caching-or-minifying-plugins/

Following the insertion, the PDF rendered properly.

However, this week there were a new batch of updated plugins, and after I installed them, the PDF stopped working again. The re-checked the page linked above, and re-entered the exclusion strings. However – this time it did NOT fix the problem.

Can you please suggest what to do.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Followed the instructions on the Autoptimize page, which says:

The PDF Embedder plugin has been updated to deal with the caching issue (free version 4.6, Premium and Secure versions 4.4.1). It is no longer necessary to exclude the scripts from the caching plugin; however, there are some caching settings that do need to be set:

For WP Rocket: disable the option for “Remove Query Strings from static resources”
For Autoptimize: disable the option for “Aggregate JS-files”
Other caching tools may have similar settings which should be disabled. Please see https://wp-pdf.com/kb/setting-up-fake-worker-failed-error-message/ for further information.

    Now working fine.
