Right configuration, but test doesn’t work

  • Good day,
    I installed the plugin as tutorial and also made configuration on MailUp.
    Once everything is saved, if I click on the TEST nothing happens and if I try to register from the frontend it remains in “Sending requirements …”

    Can you give me support?

    ho configurato il plugin come da tutorial e fatto le configurazioni anche sul pannello di controllo di MailUp.
    Una volta salvato tutto, se clicco su TEST delle configurazioni non succede niente e se provo a iscrivermi dal form sul frontend rimane in “Sending reques…”

    Potete darmi supporto?

    i have the same configuration on gognasrl.it (same account, same domain) and it works.

    Hi @inkoutsrl,
    The plugin configuration should not be affected by the 3rd level domain. It is expected to work properly on the plugin URL that is set a value for the WP_PLUGIN_URL constant.

    I see you have linked a MailUp subscription form as a workaround solution.
    This works but it doesn’t allow us to run an inspection of what is called by the plugin. Feel free to contact the MailUp support team if you need more details.
