Feed posts disappear from the site

    Hello,

    The RSS import works beautifully, but we’re having an issue where the feed posts are disappearing from the site – posts are deleted clean from the ‘Posts” area.

    Is there a setting we missed that’s causing this occurrence to happen? The original feed item still exists and it doesn’t happen for all feed posts.

  • Items are deleted from your site if you’ve set limits, in either of two ways:

    1. In the individual feed’s settings under the Feed Source Details or Feed Processing boxes.
    2. Globally under RSS Aggregator > Settings > General

    If you’d like to retain imported feed items for longer, you can increase the limits or set them blank to retain them indefinitely.
