    Hello there!

I was trying to see why there is a difference on colors between desktop and mobile, specially #DAA520 or gold in pictures appear a strong yellow on mobile.

Making changes between pages and customizer, suddenly on desktop all CSS changes in Customizer are overridden and the site goes back to original design of Twenty Twenty Theme, except for the black background.

It happened four times, for a while, and then suddenly it resets to Customizer CSS or I had to reload the page. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong?

I swtiched theme today from Twenty Seventeen to Twenty Twenty.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Customizer theme mods are theme specific. This means that if you change themes then you start with a completely blank set of customizer theme mods.

If you go back to the old theme you should see all your customizer theme mods re-appear.

Thanks for your prompt answer Oliver.

Yes, I know they are theme specific, perhaps I did not explain myself well, the CSS changes I was referring to were new, made in Twenty Twenty theme, I made them today, and if I wrote to the Forum is because 4 times they were overridden, perhaps there is a bug.

It happened again, I think it has something to do with the Customizer on, it overriddes the Adittional CSS and just stays with the original. Also changing from desktop view to mobile and tablet at the bottom of the Customizer, where for mobile and tablet all text becomes white.

I suspect this isn’t to do with our plugin so I would recommend turning all plugins off and turning them on again on by one to see which is the cause.

Our plugin only has a single customizer control which is pretty robust and we’ve never seen it behave in the manner that you describe.

    Please confirm.

You are right, nothing to do with the plugin.

Thanks for your help, will take the message to the Theme

    No problem.

Also, if you are using the Twenty Twenty theme you might want to use our Options for Twenty Twenty plugin instead as it includes many more options for styling the theme.
