Hello, since installing this plugin, approximately on every 2nd action I get an HTTP 500 error. It can be reproduced, after disabling FooGallery and FooBox the errors instantly stop.

  • Hi @kevin2xk,

A server 500 error means something is failing on the server meaning it’s unable to server the page to you.

While enabling FooGallery and/or FooBox may result in the 500 error showing, it doesn’t necessary mean that they are the cause. For example, sometimes we find that customers shared hosting accounts do not have enough memory to load gallery pages and so an error is returned.

Are you able to copy the contents of FooGallery -> System Information and paste itin a reply here so we can take a look for you?

    Thanks in advance,

    Phill
