Quiz will not load

    Hello,

    I am having a few issues with quizzes. The first and most important issue is that my quizzes have stopped loading once a user clicks the button to try and take the quiz. The page just keeps trying to reload but it keeps refreshing and nothing happens. They were working fine on Friday. I did update today, but they were broken before the update so my hope was that the update fixed it and it did not. Please see the link for an example. The quiz appears if I set it to auto load, but I do not want to have the quiz auto load – I want it to load once the user clicks the Start Quiz button.

    The second issue is – is there any way to make the quiz not appear anymore once a user has taken it? For example, when the user finishes the quiz, there’s no completion page or confirmation message or grade…it just makes the questions appear again no matter how many quiz attempts I have it set to.

    Thanks a lot for using Tutor LMS and contacting us. I have checked your provided link earlier but it’s not working for me. Quizzes should load when students click the Start Quiz button. Maybe the Tutor LMS is conflicting with a third-party plugin. Please disable all third-party plugins one by one and try to check the quiz after disabling each plugin.

    Hopefully, you will able to find the conflicting plugin and disable that. If this solution does not work for you, I would request you to come to our live chat or email for further investigation.

    Second Issue: There is an option called Attempts Allowed: https://prnt.sc/qnv9fv to set the number of quiz attempts. If you set it to 1, students will not be able to retake the quiz. Please check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/qnva6y

    If you can please check the tutor lms version that you are using? Please make sure it is 1.5.8 as it is the latest version of the plugin. We have been solving some similar issues and in most cases the version used was a previous one. Please make sure you are using the latest version. If you face this issue even with the latest version. Please email us the issue with some screenshots at [email protected] we will try and solve the issue quicker
