Can’t upload cover art

Because its a js change you might need to clear your browser/WP cache after applying it.

Yes, I followed all steps, still can’t upload the image. I’m not saying that I can’t upload track cover images at all, I’m able to upload some images but other images with same size and pixels are not getting uploaded.

@developer1999 if you have AudioIgniter PRO, please contact us directly in our support hub since these forums are related to the free version only.

Now, this is a server issue. Your server is not configured to stream files but to fully open them (one large chunk) and then play them! Please consult your hosting on changing this server setting for you.

Hi, after the update I can’t upload the cover photos again. I cleared all the cache and changed the plugin’s code but still no luck.

Can you tell me which hosting are you using or if you can suggest me anything which can help me to load the playlist faster.

HI, I pulled up your site (very nice by the way- very pro looking). Both the page and more importantly the player loaded in 100% perfect.
Player loaded in great when I scrolled down the page and the music played right away!!! Believe me you can tell from mine that I put a lot of time in so I can tell if anything was off- Loads the exact same.

Thank you so much @hoffkids sir for reviewing my website. Alright, let me come to the point straightaway. I’m a freelancer and this is my client’s website. Even the player is loading fine on my side, but my client is saying the player is taking atleast 30seconds to load. I know it’s not possible because I have even checked the website with gtmetrix.
Can you help me how to deal with this situation? I am also using CDN but still, he told me that he has asked his friends and they are also saying that the website is loading very slow. I’m really very frustrated with this problem.
