Ultimate member Update Profile

Hi,
I am usiing Ultimate member, when a unser is logged on you can click on ‘modify your account’. In my case, you can for instance enter your phone number. Then you have to click on the ‘update’ button. Unfortunalty, when clicking on this ‘Update’ button, a ‘no parking’ sign is appering an nothing happen… Could you help me?

On the other side, when you come from the use repertory page and you click on ‘modify your account’, here it works…
The only difference I see is that in the forst case we work in the /your-account folder while in the second situation we work in the /user folder.
