Hi! Do you have any sort of caching on your site? This is server-side caching, either through a plugin or your hosting provider, not a browser cache. If so, I would try resetting/emptying that cache. If you have any sort of performance optimization plugins installed, it might be worth it to try disabling those temporarily to see if that solves the issue.

I used only one plugin for cache that is wp rocket… If i delete the plugin no good result. Are you available to see my admin panel ?

I understand. Do you have a staging site where you could test this, just to see if that is actually the problem? You can read more about setting a staging site here if you’re unfamiliar with the process.

You could also try resetting the WP Rocket cache, if it has one. This wouldn’t disable the plugin, but it might fix the problem.

It depends. This is considered premium support, and is only available for customers who have purchased a premium plugin from the WooCommerce Marketplace or use a free plugin that has revenue sharing with WooCommerce (such as some payment gateways).
