    Hi,

    Apologies about that.

It appears that the CURL request is timing out.
Could you check with your hosts to see why that is?

the website is running Curl version 7.67.0
if the plugins require any particular version to be run ??

Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size. This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files.

To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb save your settings and run a new process.

If the issue persists, please ask your hosts/server admin to investigate their PHP error logs. These logs should contain more information on the exact issue that is causing the backup process to halt.

    Kind Regards,

It’s a your plugin side issue..
I have split it in 25mb but still causing the same resumption issues, incomplete backup.

    Here are the logs:-

& My website PHP is updated no errors log:-
    https://thethus.com/info.php

    @thethus

    The log shows:
    0043.661 (0) Dropbox: account/info did not return HTTP 200; returned: 401

Can you please try to re-authenticate to your Dropbox account, Save the settings and re-run the backup process?

    Thanks,
    Harshad
