I am not sure if this is the correct forum for my issue (apologies if it isn’t!)

I am using wedocs with astral theme. My theme’s sidebar settings are as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/8Vcmsyg.png. I do not wish to change these settings because they work as desired for rest of the site.

By default, single wedocs articles on site show up like this (note the empty space on right): https://baycipher.com/docs/python-basics/installation/

I can override this behavior for each individual article so that the article takes all available width – without sidebar – like here: https://baycipher.com/docs/python-basics/introduction/.

Is there a way I can set wide layout as the default option so I don’t have to change the setting individually for all articles?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @wp_maybe

If you use the bootstrap class container-fluid in the content div, it’ll make it full wide, like this: https://prnt.sc/qmwutl

    Thanks

Thanks very much Mehedi. I could not make your solution work (it probably requires a bit more than my skill level). But then I decided to not be stubborn with the theme layout settings and I am eventually happy with the results.

    Appreciate your help!
