Facebook refused my app

It looks like the Facebook reviewer was unable to create test post at your site.
Please check whether there is any issue in creating post at your wp site as shown in the screenshot provided by the reviewer.
And then re-submit for review.

I tried to recreate the Facebook application and delete and reinstall the module, but I can no longer authorize the application in WordPress.

For auto posting to Facebook both publish_pages and manage_pages permissions are required.
For this you should submit your app for review as described here :https://help.xyzscripts.com/docs/social-media-auto-publish/faq/how-can-i-create-facebook-application/

You can use the app only after Facebook approval .
Otherwise you can use SMAP Solution’s app (Free trial for 1 month is available for first time users).
