Support unresponsive – awaiting refund

  • Paid for an add-on for this plugin. Straight away I ran in to issues with it and couldn’t get it to work as described, so contacted support but received no reply.

    I carried on contacting support for the next few weeks via their website and via email but still got no response. I now obviously want a refund, but still get no response.

    @scopic sorry we had a little issue with support but we have recovered that within a week. You could see all the updates and improvements we have pushed. Please feel free to review the issue again, and reconsider if we were able to solve the issue!
