    I had to roll back and download the 1.2.48 version. Will not update until confirmed fixed.

    Hello,
    Please share links to your site so we can have a look.

    Also have this issue, when logging in only though, the overlay appears on the screen and will not go away no buttons to remove.

    Only happens our end when logged in. I am rolling back this as it is on a live site and can not be left as the site uses a forum and needs users to login this breaks the ability of using this.

    Hello there.
    My site is https://www.productoslasarita.com
    If you navigate from a desktop computer the banner hides, but if you refresh it appears again, and when hides animation does not work, just disappear in a blink.
    In mobile simply doesn’t hide when accept cookies.

    @gsc89 maybe there was custom CSS applied to the notice banner and since the HTML structure of the banner changed slightly (it did) the custom styling is not applied properly now. this is on your side (or theme developer) however

    @edosantillana there is an issue indeed. what if you disable WP Super Cache or JS/CSS/HTML minification (if you use it) for testing purposes? would that make a difference on how it behaves?

    sorry I misread the thread and thought that the notification box does not appear (instead of disappear). I kept my original post down below.

    I found the problem with version 1.2.50 is a change of css classes.

    In the html the div container

    <div id="cookie-notice" class="cn-bottom wp-default cn-effect-slide cookie-notice-visible">

    uses the css class cn-bottom for positioning (like it did prior to version 1.2.50).
    but the css-file changed to the classname cn-position-bottom (or top depending on your settings).

    Also I had a problem that settings (like link to privacy page) got lost when updating to version 1.2.50.

    Hi,

    My site is https://www.agroshop.pt and the banner does not disappear when you click in ACEITO (yes), N?o ACEITO (no).

    It is in the last version.

    I appreciate a solution.

    Thanks and keep the good work

    @dfactory I already disable WP Super Cache, but the problem remains, you have to click two or three times in the accept button in order to get the banner hide, the animation still not working, and if you refresh or buy something the cookies banner appears again.
    How can I return to an older version as @mookie4a4 recommends? Is a good solution until you can check the problem in the last one?
    Thank you.
    Regards.

    @raulwptranslate
    Your site code still looks like minified/compressed. Are you using a separate plugin for this? Can you check and disable that too?

    @dfactory I use Autoptimize and WP Super Cache as plugins, both are deactivated but the problem remains, I will like to deactivate the Cookies Notice plugin too, but in Europe it is not legal, so I have the banner open all the time while navigating and is very annoying for my customers, so please let me know if you found a solution for this problem. Thanks for your time.

    Best Regards.

    @dfactory can anyone help me, please?

    @edosantillana Hey I rolled back to the previous version and have been for weeks now. Not sure why another update hasn’t come out yet.

    Thank you @mookie4a4 for your answer.
    Which version do you have? 1.2.49?

    Regards.

    1.2.48 If you click on advanced view and scroll down to the bottom you can select the old version for download.
