On my page, I have a free version pulling an individual hashtag feed.

I have only one hashtag selected. I selected “top” instead of “recent”. There are 826 posts in the hashtag I want to use so it should pull. I can send the URL privately.

    Thanks.

    Hello @dbstudios-1,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

So you have created a hashtag feed and you have selected top, there are 826 posts but they are not showing?

Can you please describe the issue more in details?

Also can you please write which hashtag you are trying to use?

    Hi,

Could it be something with lightbox not working?

I have confirmed the hashtag is populated. The last one was in October.

    Hi @dbstudios-1,

Will you please send me the feed page link to check the issue?

Same issue here. The website isn’t released yet but even with the maintenance mode off it’s working ONLY with an administrator role. Subscribers get the infinite loading.

I found why, another plugin was preventing subscribers to access to the backend. It seems this plugins need users to access to it…

To follow up, the cause of my original issue was the plugin not being able to use its API due to our Cloudflare set up. Once that was removed the plugin could load. However, anytime a new feed is created you have to delete your shortcode and start over or else the tags will not load properly. Sort of weird. Maybe they will fix this part.

    Dear @dbstudios-1,

Maybe the issue is not with Cloudflare set up but just Cloudflare cache? After inserting the feed, please just clear Cloudflare cache and check again.
As for displaying Instagram feed only Javascript is working, not PHP, so it’s weird that cloudflare would block it.
