Gateways Fees and Discounts

I have enabled Gateways Discounts of Rs. 50 for all prepaid orders over Rs. 1000. But for some reason it doesnt pick the exact specified amount and keeps changing basis some logic its calculating in the back end. Can you please help.

Sure, sharing the screen shot. I have adjusted the discount value to bring the actual amount close to Rs. 50 as its on the live site ??
