Bulk product CSv import/export not working

    Hi, i created the website https://www.thewanderingwaiter.com.
    I use woocomerce to bulk upload products to sell. This has previously worked fine.

    but recently i have been unable to bulk import or export CSV files. When i try to do this in the wordpress dashboard a grey loading cirlce appears and it just spins for hour continuosly and nothing happens. i hired a developer to investigate the issue and he discovered that its somehting to to with the plugin – WC Vendors Marketplace. When all other plugins are active but the WC Vendors Marketplace plugin is diactivated then the bulk product import/export works fine.

    is this a known issue and do you know how i can get around this?

  • Hi Jamie,

    This isn’t a known issue but that doesn’t mean it’s not an issue. Are you getting any errors in your javascript console or the fatal-error logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    This will help us narrow down the issue.
