Contact form 7 recaptacha and LiteSpeed can not send mails

    Hi there,

    a customer said, that he cannot send mails via the contact form. So I investigated this.

    Contact Form 7 (newest version), with recaptcha active.
    LiteSpeed (newest version).

    Exclude JQuery -> ON.
    Load JS Deferred -> ON.

    -> CF7 with recaptcha cannot send mails.
    I had to paste this: “/recaptcha/api.js” to JS ecludes.

    Is this a normal behaviour? Shouldn’t it be run out of the box?

    Hi @infonetzlichtcom, do you see any JS error on the contact form’s page? Could you please provide?your Report Number, found in?WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report and share that page’s URI for us to debug?

    Litespeed Support excluded recaptcha. LOL. Senseless.

    So Conclusion is:

    Exclude recaptcha.js otherwise CF7 with recaptcha doesn’t work anymore.

    Hi @infonetzlichtcom,

    As mentioned on the ticket, I explain again here for other users.

    Our plugin will just Bypass Google Recaptcha from Remove Query Strings feature, but will not bypass from other function.

    The reason why not bypassing from other feature is that the JS error is not surely occurred on every site, it depends on other JS’s confliction, so at this stage, we will not put it as built-in support.
