problem installing astra starter site

    Hi, I was following a youtube tutorial for building a website and have run into a problem. I hope you can help me. (I’m not very website savy – yet ?? )

    When I try to install one of the Astra starter sites the installation process sort of stops after “installing content”. It says it is still installing, but on the screen just below We’re importing your website it says “not found”. And the installation doesn’t progress anymore. (I’ve let it run for 20 minutes, but nothing happens.) But there is no error message either.
    I’ve tried different starter sites, but keep running into the same problem.

    There are no plugins installed other than the ones that come with Astra.

    What can I do to fix this?

    I’m getting that same error message now.
    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Good to know the problem wasn’t me being an absolute noob. I’ll wait untill the issue is resolved on your side and try again.
