Link takes me to download page instead of downloading

The download title link on the page takes one to the wordpress download page/post rather than downloading the pdf directly. Then, the visitor must press again on the blue download link on the wordpress post to download the pdf. A 2 step/ click process.
If the visitor clicks the blue download button on the main page, this allows user to download the PDF automatically, a one step, one click process. But a visitor will not know this and is likely to click on the title link in front of the blue download button.

I would prefer to have the user experience be one click, downloading the pdf only.
