Alert emails have lost formattting

Hi,
The alert emails I get when a customer leaves a review have lost all their formatting.
They used to come with line breaks and live links, but now it just looks like this:

There are live links in this cut and paste but not in my emails.
Today, a customer forwarded me an email and it looked like this:
