How do I disable too many bad log in attempts

    On free version of Malcare, how do I change or disable the number of wrong log in attempts that stop my client from logging in?

    Hey

    Thank you for reaching out to us & apologize for the delay.

    Login Protection is a part of our Firewall feature & in order to disable that, we would need to disable the Firewall on the website. Regarding the number of wrong login attempts, the limit is set to 4 as of now & the user can clear the Captcha that is added to try login again into the website.

    Let us know if your client is facing any difficulty with the Captcha or if you would like us to Whitelist their IP for your website.
